About Me

My full name, when written in the Eastern order, is Chen Moqian. My given name Moqian has the meaning of “crisscross footpaths between fields” in Chinese. I usually go by Mo Chen or just Mo, a name that’s generally easier to pronounce for folks who are not well-versed in Mandarin.

Movies I’ve watched recently include Blowup (1966) and Taiga (1992). I’m currently reading Dream of the Red Chamber. I find the Postmodernism Generator, the CS Paper Generator, and the High Energy Physics Theory Generator highly amusing.
